Our complete master bath remodel came out beautifully. The designer proposed materials and finishes based on our preferences which we adjusted with confidence during a two hour session with 3D renderings and sample materials. Cost and start date were immediately confirmed. Cost was 10% higher than the top of the range initially presented by the salesman, but once set it was a firm fixed price contract. The build went smoothly and workers were great. Communication with the PM was good although the BuilderTrend site was not the one stop information source it was advertised to be. Overall very happy we selected EZPro.

Our experience with EZPro Custom was very positive. The design phase was especially fun, and the designer helped us make decisions quickly with many tools available to help us visualize how things would look. They were patient and talented and we were really happy with the design. The demo and build phases were well organized and the communication was great throughout. As with any project, there were some set backs and items we requested to have redone, but EZPro was quick to respond and make things right. We ended up with a high quality bathroom that I feel sure will last ages, and that looks really lovely.

I love my new master bath! Our experience with EZPro was excellent from the first meeting with Brian who gave us our initial estimate, to our design meeting where Taylor presented at least 5 different layouts for our new bath. Communication during the entire renovation was prompt and clear. Our site supervisor James was always prompt and very patient responding to our questions and concerns. I appreciated their use of a website to track the work schedule and photos of the project as it progressed. The quality of the materials, the workmanship, the attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend EZPro Baths.
